Faith Sanctuary (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a free digital ministry designed to help people draw closer to God through Scripture, prayer, worship, and encouragement. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data.

Account Information: When you create an account or are invited by an administrator, we collect your email address and any display name you choose to provide.

Content You Submit: When you use features such as the Prayer Wall, Prayer Groups, Gratitude Wall, Favorites, Bookmarks, Prayer Check-ins, or your Profile, the information you submit—including prayer requests, messages, notes, and display names—is stored and may be visible to others according to the privacy settings you choose.

Usage Information: We may collect information about how you interact with Faith Sanctuary, such as the pages you visit, features you use, and device information. This helps us improve the service.

• To display your submitted content according to your chosen visibility settings
• To send daily devotion emails if you opt in
• To improve content, features, and user experience
• To protect the security and integrity of the platform

Faith Sanctuary uses artificial intelligence to generate certain content, such as daily devotions, prayer suggestions, and kids’ Bible stories. When you interact with AI-powered features, your input may be sent to AI service providers for processing. We recommend not including sensitive personal information in prayers, notes, or AI-assisted content.

Faith Sanctuary relies on third-party services that may receive or process data, including:

• Hosting & Database: The platform that hosts and stores all application data
• Authentication: Services that manage user login and sessions
• AI Services: Providers that power AI-generated content features
• Analytics: Services that help us understand usage patterns
• Payment Processing: If you choose to make a donation, the payment provider processes your transaction

Note: Specific provider names are subject to confirmation by the ministry owner.

We retain your account information and submitted content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data. Some information may be retained for a limited period for security, legal, or operational purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Export: Request an export of your data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise these rights, visit the Data & Privacy Request page or use the Delete Account option in your Profile settings.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and associated data. Upon deletion, you will be signed out. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Faith Sanctuary may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. Analytics help us understand how the ministry is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Faith Sanctuary includes a Kids Bible Corner designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not allow children to publicly post names, photos, contact details, location, school, or other identifying information. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of this section.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
