Terms of Use

By accessing or using Faith Sanctuary, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Faith Sanctuary is a free digital ministry providing spiritual encouragement, educational faith content, Scripture reading, prayer tools, worship resources, and community features.

Some content on Faith Sanctuary is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or unintended content. AI-generated content should not replace Scripture, pastoral care, professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency services. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

You are responsible for how you use the content and features of Faith Sanctuary. You agree to use the ministry in a manner consistent with its purpose of spiritual encouragement and community support.

When participating in the Prayer Wall, Gratitude Wall, Prayer Groups, or other community features, you are expected to treat others with kindness, respect, and compassion. See our Community Guidelines for details.

You may not post content that is:

• Abusive, hateful, harassing, or threatening
• Explicit, obscene, or sexually inappropriate
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Infringing on another’s intellectual property
• Harmful to others’ medical or mental health
• Disclosing another person’s private information without consent

Faith Sanctuary respects intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of content you submit, but by posting, you grant us a license to display it within the ministry. Do not post content that infringes on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise the integrity of the community.

• Donations to Faith Sanctuary are voluntary
• Donations do not unlock spiritual content or premium treatment
• Core Faith Sanctuary features remain free for everyone
• Donations help cover hosting, AI services, security, storage, and maintenance
• Donations are generally non-refundable except when required by law or in cases of processing error

Faith Sanctuary is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
